"I felt happy and proud" said Seamus.
"I was a it nervous at the start" said Maycen.
"I was running and I tied with Lincoln" said Joshua.
"I had fun at the triathlon even though I didn't come first" said Lexi.
"I was scared at the start then I got happy at the end" said Brooke.
"I was a bit scared and shakey then I got happy" said Laura.
